A real insider tip for strangers 👍. I guess the locals know this bakery / pastry shop. The cafe was very busy and people kept coming to take their baked goods home with them. And the goods on offer here are very delicious and super fresh. Our visit was on a Sunday afternoon.

We were recently. My wife and I had two breakfasts with hot drinks. Since my wife is in some circumstances she wanted a ham instead of salami. Unfortunately this request was denied to us on the grounds that this is not possible. A great pity this should m. E. Not be a problem.

We rebuilt this branch in summer 2020 and also introduced a new concept, i.e. a new menu. The premises have become beautiful, free parking spaces, also lots of outside spaces, but it was also often read here: price / performance has changed to the detriment of the customer. The hot drinks are also no longer included, but only included in a reduced price.

Parking spaces directly in front of the bread house are ideal; Friendly staff; Cultivated atmosphere; Price - performance is no longer correct after the renovation ... is unfortunately the case;

Unfortunately, I have to join the others. Since the bread house changed its concept, it's not as great as before. We thought the previous menu was absolutely great. You could also e.g. Swap salami for ham, or get wholegrain rolls instead of wheat rolls. All this is no longer possible. The portions are very manageable, but very expensive. It wasn't like that before. The portions were large and the price-performance ratio was right. Now nothing fits - unfortunately and really, really bad. We were there around noon on Friday. Ordinarily it would have been full at this time of day. But not on Friday. There was nothing going on. Dear Brothaus team. Please think again about your new concept. We'd love to come back as soon as the "old" breakfast menu is back. We are happy to count a little more if you have something on your plate for it. So the bread house is unfortunately history for us ..... a shame.

Very good breakfast, nice service. Because of the wasps, you should consider offering net hoods for people who want to sit outside despite the lovely animals.

After the renovation yesterday, we went back to the bread house in Hausen for breakfast. The prices weren't exactly cheap beforehand, but due to the good product quality and because you were sitting well, they were still acceptable. Along with the renovation, the map was also changed. All in all, the premises are nice to look at and you can sit comfortably. We found it difficult to find anything on the breakfast menu. The prices are now really steep. Yes, the quality is still good, but that doesn't justify such prices. In addition, there is only one light-colored roll and a bread basket for all breakfasts, which can still be refilled (instead of a bread buffet during Corona times). Taking rolls instead of bread wasn't possible either. There was enough bread in the basket and there was also enough topping. We just prefer to eat bread rolls for breakfast (like many others). But there was only one piece (not regional butter). At the already high price we didn't want to buy any more. So we ate the bread quite dry. The fact that there is a 50% discount on the first drink doesn’t help. Dear Brothaus team, please reconsider your breakfast choices and your prices. Otherwise, we and, as can be seen from other reviews, many others will avoid the bread house in the future.

Unfortunately the visit was very disappointing. Staff unfriendly and annoyed. The portions are smaller, but the prices have been raised. Exchanging individually is no longer possible. E.g. jam versus cream cheese, although the price is the same. Was there last time.

Reserved for 9:30 a.m. At 10:36 still no breakfast at the table. This was then prepared on request. Underground service and waiting times. Not recommendable. When I go to breakfast somewhere I have less stress and nothing more. Was our last visit to the bread house. I prefer to get up half an hour earlier and stand by the stove and prepare a good stress-free breakfast for my girlfriend.

A catastrophe after the renovation. The new concept is full for the bin. Individual orders are no longer possible. Example breakfast: You cannot trade salami with turkey or cheese with salmon. That used to be no problem in the past, but now apparently no longer ..... too bad.

The BrotHaus had a really terribly inefficient service when I visited. Despite the long queue, two people served me. However, they did not work hand in hand, but disabled each other, so I had to wait over 15 minutes for a coffee and cake. The bad mood and irritable mood of the waitresses culminated in the unfriendly advice to leave the shop now (4pm). Definitely cannot recommend the café and will definitely not be returning - luckily enough alternatives.

One of the best bakery/cafe that I've ever visited. Breakfast available all day long, fresh bread and other baked goods. Clean and roomy sitting area. Very friendly employees.

We had a delicious breakfast from a great variety of options. The smell of fresh bread spreads to the outside of the place making an irresistible invitation to the hungry guests. Service was super fast, kind and friendly. Prices are affordable. Definitely a place to return to.
